Backups of your servers and the workstations you cannot afford to lose, kept on an onsite appliance and replicated offsite, so one failure, fire, or theft cannot take both copies.
Microsoft 365 backup
Email and files backed up outside Microsoft, so a deleted mailbox, an overwritten document, or encrypted files can be brought back.
Daily recovery verification
Backups verified every day, not just recorded as complete. Our own monitoring checks every backup we run before the workday starts, and a source that cannot be read counts as a problem, never as healthy.
Encrypted and retained
Data encrypted with 256-bit AES in transit and at rest, stored in secured facilities, and kept on a rolling 30-day retention onsite and in the cloud unless your plan sets a different period.
Restores when you need them
Ask for a file, a folder, or a whole server and we restore it from the onsite appliance or the offsite copy, handled by technicians who know your systems.
